Social Democratic Party secretary Tobias Baudin has left open how a government led by Magdalena Andersson could be assembled.

Baudin told SVT on Monday morning that one or more parties could enter the cabinet, while others could support it through policy agreements. He declined to specify how the Centre Party and Left Party would fit into such an arrangement.

Baudin said he was confident that Andersson would become prime minister but acknowledged that negotiations could be lengthy and difficult. No coalition agreement or cabinet line-up was announced.
