Buyers of four INF helmet and head-protection products sold in Sweden should stop using them immediately because their protection has not been verified through the required EU type examination.

The Consumer Agency published the recall on 30 October, warning of a risk of serious head injuries. INF says the required EU type certificate is missing.

The affected product numbers are MI-LS-S007-11D, head protection for sports helmets; TLS-ANNMRAWSM-11D, a Bluetooth bicycle helmet with camera, GPS and headphones; and TLS-ANNMRAWS-11D and TLS-ANNMRAWS-12D, black and white camera-and-GPS helmets.

Check the product number in your order confirmation against the photographs in INF’s recall. The head protection was sold from July 2023, the headphone model from March 2026 and the other two helmets from December 2025. All four sales periods ended on 11 September 2026.

INF offers a full refund of the purchase price and a free return. Email support@inf.se with the product number and, if available, the order number.

Do not lend, sell or give away an affected product. Keep it until INF provides return instructions. If you have already passed it on, tell the person now using it.

The warning concerns missing verification of protection. Neither announcement states that an injury has been reported.
