Residents in Svenshögen should boil municipal tap water before using it for food or drink after tests found elevated levels of E. coli bacteria.

Stenungsund municipality says water tanks are being placed at Svenshögen’s group home and Skogsbacken preschool.

New samples were taken on Wednesday. The municipality will provide updates by text message and on its website. The warning was also published by Krisinformation on 28 October.
