Translate customer and market needs into digitalization, automation, and control-system products and solutions that improve reliability, operational efficiency, and customer value. Drive R&D and innovation initiatives, manage priorities and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams toward execution based on clearly defined needs and business objectives. Transform technical solutions into market-ready service products, including evaluation of value propositions, business models, pricing approaches, and go-to-market strategies. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify portfolio gaps, emerging trends, and new business opportunities for digital and control-system services. Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, project management, marketing, sales, and regional teams to align technical development with strategic, commercial, and customer requirements. Build and use a strong global network to improve transparency, information flow, collaboration, and successful product delivery. Ensure that Digi and I&C service products meet applicable safety, cybersecurity, quality, and industry requirements, while using field performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
