Sweden’s pension services face weekend shutdowns

People using Sweden’s pension services face two maintenance windows this weekend, starting with a seven-hour shutdown on Saturday.

Pensionsmyndigheten says its logged-in Mina sidor service and telephone self-service will be unavailable from 08:00 to 15:00 on 19 September.

A second maintenance period begins at 15:00 on Saturday and runs until 13:00 on Sunday. During that window, users cannot create a pension forecast or use some website services.

The timing matters for anyone planning to check pension information or use the agency’s online tools this weekend. Waiting until the work is complete should avoid a failed login or an unavailable forecast.

A third, shorter window is scheduled from 21:00 on Sunday until 01:00 on Monday, when signing applications and switching funds will also be unavailable.
