Ryanair signs collective agreement for Arlanda cabin crew
Ryanair’s cabin crew at its Arlanda base are now covered by a collective agreement after the airline and the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union signed a deal. The agreement took effect on 1 September.

Transport says pay, working hours, allowances, pensions and insurance are now regulated through the agreement. It covers cabin crew at the Arlanda base, not every Ryanair worker or route in Sweden.
The union took over the bargaining area for cabin crew from Unionen in February 2025. Ryanair’s chief people officer said the agreement followed months of negotiations, while Transport called it a breakthrough for employees and the Swedish labour-market model.
Ekot independently reported the signing on Thursday morning. Neither published account gives wage tables or explains how individual contracts will change, so those details remain to be set out for affected staff.
