Liseberg and Skansen are warning customers to watch for fraudulent emails and text messages after suspected breaches involving personal information in their booking systems.

Skansen told Dagens Nyheter that unauthorised people accessed details of customers who booked tickets between 23 and 26 October, according to SVT’s report. The information included names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and ticket purchases.

In its own warning, updated on Tuesday, Liseberg says guests’ personal information may have leaked. It has no information that the data has been used for fraud, but urges caution with messages asking people to click links, provide details or make payments.

No payment or card details were included in either incident, SVT reports. Both parks use ticket supplier Visit, but the report does not establish whether the incidents are connected.
