Swedish employees can qualify for leave to run a business while keeping their employment. The right has limits that matter before you commit to a launch date.

Employees planning a business in Sweden may be able to test it while remaining employed. A statutory right to business leave offers a route back to work, but it is unpaid and does not cover every employee or competing venture.
